Atlas, Rise!

At the beginning of each players upkeep, that player may pay {x}. If he or she does, put X weight counters on Atlas, Rise!, then that player may pay {x}, where X is half the number of weight counters on Atlas, Rise!, rounded up. If he or she doesn't, sacrifice Atlas, Rise! and destroy all nonland permanents.
