Cast this spell only if your devotion to blue,
black, or red is three or greater.
Whenever you gain control of a permanent an opponent owns and controls, put a conquest
counter on that permanent.
Whenever a permanent with a conquest counter
leaves the battlefield, return it to the battlefield
under your control.
