Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Atraxa is a legendary summon.
This creature can't be blocked except by creatures
with flying or reach. Attacking doesn't cause Atraxa
to become tapped. When Atraxa deals damage to a creature, destroy that creature. When Atraxa deals damage, gain life equal to the damage dealt. As you would pass the turn to another player, choose any number of permanents and/or players that have a counter, then give each one additional counter of each kind that permanent or player already has.
