Atrix's Blight

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control a creature named Atrix, Locus of Blight, put a blight counter on Atrix's
Blight, otherwise remove all blight counters from it. Then, creatures you don't control
get -1/-1 until end of turn for each blight counter on it.
