Enchant target opponent. Whenever enchanted player casts a spell, roll a D20.
•1-9: Counter the spell
•10-19: Choose target of the spell at random. If the spell is a permanent, choose the controller of that permanent at random
•20: Make a copy of the spell, you may choose a new target for the copy.

If enchanted player controls Ben the Benevolent, at the beginning of each upkeep enchanted player draws a card, then discards a card at random.
