Create a copy of target creature (if the creature is legendary the copy is not legendary) the copy is made with a -1/-1 counter on it. As an additional cost you may pay {1} to create a copy of the copy, each subsequent copy made this way will have an additional -1/1- counter on it up until the cost to make them is not paid or the copy is made with enough counters to bring its toughness to 0.
