Description: A severe & strict system of rules
used at Auburn Prison in New York, these rules
were used to brutal effect by preventing prisoners
from speaking, while forcing them to work for the
prison's profit.
Abilities: During a QR Break In, you can force
any squad to work in silence for one station.
If they speak, your squad gets a 200 XP bonus.
