Auction

When Auction enters the battlefield each player puts 25 chip tokens in their command zone. Whenever a player casts a spell, each player, in turn, may place a bid. Repeat the process until no one changes their bid.
Whoever bid the highest gains control of the spell, and pays that many chip tokens to the player who cast the spell.
