Auction House

On each players turn, at the beginning of their
upkeep, they reveal the top card of their
library. If its total converted mana cost is 5 or
greater. Exile it. At the end of each players
endstep, they may cast any card exiled by
Auction House and may spend any color of
mana to cast cards exiled by Auction House.
