Create two 3/3 red Gladiator tokens.
Will of the Council—Starting with you, each player votes for execution or mercy. If mercy gets more votes, create a Treasure token. If execution gets more vote or the vote is tied, sacrifice a Gladiator token; Audience Choice deals 4 damage to each opponent who voted.
