Auger of Oxidation

When Auger of Oxidation enters the battlefield, choose a basic land type.
Non-basic lands of the chosen type don't
untap during their controller's untap step.
At the beginning each player's upkeep, that player loses 1 life for each tapped permanent they control. Whenever damage is dealt to
an opponent, return Auger of Oxidation to
its owner's hand.
