Augeus, Citadel Tinkerer

Eminence: Whenever a non-creature artifact
enters the battlefield and Augeus is on the
battlefield or in the command zone, until end of
turn it becomes a creature in addition to it's other types, with haste and power and toughness equal
to it's converted mana cost plus one.
Whenever another creature you control deals
damage to an opponent, you may have Augeus
deal damage equal to his power to any target.
