Augur of Entropy

When Augur of Entropy enters the battlefield,
exile the top card of target player's library. That
player loses life equal to its converted mana cost.
If it's a land card, repeat this process. You may
play cards exiled this way for as long as they
remain exiled, and you may spend mana as
though it were mana of any type to cast them.
