Aurora Shards

Aurora Shards enters the battlefield with a
charge counter on it for each color of mana spent
to cast it.
Whenever you cast a spell with mana value equal
to the number of charge counters on Aurora
Shards, you may remove a charge counter from
Aurora Shards. If you do, copy that spell. You
may choose new targets for the copy.
