Autocracy

When Autocracy enters the battlefield, you
become the monarch.
Players that aren't the monarch can't vote.
At the beginning of your end step, the player
with the greatest total power among creatures
they control becomes the monarch.
It is not only the right, but the responsibility of the
strong to rule.
