AutoGuard

AutoGuard can't attack or block unless you
control an artifact with mana value 4 or greater.
Whenever an artifact with mana value 4 or
greater you control becomes the target of a spell
or ability an opponent controls, counter that
spell or ability unless its controller discards any
number of cards with total mana value 4 or
greater.
