At the beginning of each upkeep, each player
draws a card, discards a card, mills a card, and
sacrifices a permanent they control in play.
Any player whom has the least amount of cards in
hand or permanents in play may skip this process.
Any player with the most cards in hand or
permanents in play must repeat this process.
The daughter of Bastet and Sekmet maintains the
balance with favor to none and fairness to all.
