Once per turn, whenever you cast a non-creature
spell, you may describe to your opponent every
detail of the spell, and how it will utterly destroy
its target for at least 2 minutes, then yell the
name of the spell as loud as you can. If you do,
copy the spell X times, where X equals the
greatest number of permanents you control that
share an artist. You may choose new targets for
the copies.
