Avenge the Fallen

When a unit is selected to fight. Until the EoP:
-If that unit is below Starting Strength but not below Half-strength, add 1 to the Attacks characteristic of models in that unit.
-If that unit is below Half-strength, add 2 to the Attacks characteristic of models in that unit.
