Awaited Arrival

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you own a
card in the command zone, put a time counter
on Awaited Arrival.
Commander spells you cast cost {1} less to cast
for each time counter on Awaited Arrival.
Whenever a commander creature enters the
battlefield under your control, draw a card, then
remove all time counters from Awaited Arrival.
