Awakening

Spells may be cast without paying their mana cost. When a spell is cast, its controller may draw a card. When cards are put into the graveyard, the owner may shuffle them into his library instead. As each stack resolves, the next player has priority to cast. Anytime a player draws cards from another source, all players draw the same amount.
