Axe of Life and Death

A bonus action can be used to speak the axes' command word, causing black necrotic mist to seep from the blade. While this is active the
axe will deal an additional 2d6 necrotic damage. Additionally, upon killing an enemy with this axe, the damage dealt will reflect back onto
the wielder and heal them for the same amount. This remains active until the command word is spoken again, or the axe is dropped or seathed.
