Whenever an Efreet you control attacks, flip
a coin. If you win, return target instant or
sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.
If you lose, discard a card.
Whenever an instant or sorcery deals damage to
an opponent, put a blaze counter on target land
that player controls without a blaze counter on it.
For as long as that land has a blaze counter on it,
it has "At the beginning of your upkeep, this
land deals 1 damage to you."
