As long as Azathoth has slumber counters on him, players cannot win or lose the game.

At the beginning of each players upkeep, if Azathoth has slumber counters on him, that player exiles the top 10 cards of their library. Whenever a nonland permanent is exiled this way, remove a slumber counter from Azathoth.
