Azathoth, Primal Chaos

When Azahoth, Primal Chaos enters the battlefield, exile each graveyard and all other
nonland permenants, shuffle all exiled permanent
cards together and distribute them to each player equally and randomly. Each player then sacrifices
half of the permenants they control rounded up.
At your end step, each player shuffles their hands
into their library, then draws seven cards.
