When Azazel enters the battlefield, you get X justice counters.
Remove X -1/-1 counters from azazel: search your library for a card and put that card into your hand. Then shuffle your library. You loose 1 life for each justice counter you have
Punishment 1 (at the beginning of you'r upkeep, you loose 1 life for each justice counter you have)
