Whenever you cast a spell from your hand, reveal the top card of your library. If it's a nonland card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. If it's a land card, you may put it onto the battlefield tapped, if you do, draw a card.
{3}{w}{u}, {t}: Exile target nonland permanent. Its controller may search their library for a card with the same converted mana cost as that permanent and put it onto the battlefield. If they don't, they lose 5 life.
