When you cast Baazan Yoon, Secret Wanderer
from your hand, exile it and another target
permanent. As long as Baazan Yoon, Secret
Wanderer is in exile, play with the top card of
your library revealed.
At the beginning of each turn, if the top card of
your library is a black instant or sorcery card, you
may return Baazan Yoon, Secret Wanderer from
exile to the battlefield under its owner's control
or to its owner's hand.
