At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one—
•Barter- Choose two target players, they may
trade one permanent they control for one of the
other's. (Both players must agree on the trade.)
•Bribe- Gain control of target nonland, nontoken permanent. Its controller creates treasure tokens
equal to the permanents mana value.
