Badge Belt

You can't control more than three Badge Belt.
If a Badge Belt would enter the battlefield under
your control when you already control three
Badge Belt, put it in your hand instead.
Only one Badge can be attached to any Badge
Slot artifact. If two or more Badge would be
attached to a Badge Slot artifact you control, put
all but one Badge attached to it into your hand.
