Badge of the Bad Cop

Each of these badges is paired with a "Badge of the Good Cop", which must be attuned to a different creature. This badge has 2 charges, and regains 1 each day at dawn. A character can expend one charge to add damage to any single-target damage-dealing effect equal to the most recent amount of healing done by the creature attuned to the paired "Badge of the Good Cop".
