Bag of Random Potions

This mystical, well-used leather satchel is magically linked to the alchemy room in the
Tower of the Diviner. Plus it has convenient pockets for spare spell components! Neat!

Once per turn, you may open the bag and pull
a potion from the bag at random. The potion
can be drank or thrown at a target in range
using a DEX attack roll (range 25/40).
