Bailey of the Divine Nap

Bailey enters the battlefield with 10 slumber counters on it.
Whenever a nonland permanent enters the battlefield under your control, remove a slumber counter from Bailey.
As long as Bailey has slumber counters on it, it can't attack or block.
Bailey! Wake up!
