Balefire Genesis

Reveal the top five cards of your library. You may
cast a permanent spell with converted mana cost
five or less from among them without paying its
mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your
library in a random order. Then deal X damage
to any target, where X is the converted mana cost
of the permanent you cast.
