Ball of Combat Gears

A small ball that consists of gears and wire and vibrates with an energy. When you throw this object roll a D4 one of the following effects occur.
1: It breaks and does nothing.
2: It Bursts into a cloud of gears that acts as a Cloud Of Daggers.
3: It turns into a wolf made out of gears that obeys all orders of the user for 2 hours.
4: The ball latches on the the target tethers them to the ground the target must succeed a DC 17 strength saving throw or be restrained.
