Must know the secret language of Milil and
succeed a Performance check (DC 25) to read.
All creatures capable of understanding music and
song, within a 1-mile radius, who hear these
ballads be sung must make a Wisdom saving
throw (DC 22). On a failed saved, the creature is considered charmed and will do anything and everything to help the singer achieve his/her life
goals. Level 7+ magic or killing the singer can
remove the effects of the ballads.
