Remove an arrow counter from a creature you
control: Ballista gains all abilities of that creature
until end of turn. Activate only once each turn
and only if Ballista is a creature.
Whenever a creature is dealt damage by Ballista,
tap that creature. It does not untap during its controller's next untap step.
