When Balls Goblin enters the battlefield you must declare yourself also named Balls Goblin for the remainder of the game. If another player fails to address you as Balls Goblin when they speak to you they lose the game. You are allowed to harass your opponents without repercussion as long as Balls Goblin is on the battlefield.
