Banding Hills

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, put a banding counter on it.
If a player asks how banding works, uses banding incorrectly, or assumes something incorrect
about banding, they lose 5 life and all creatures
they control lose all banding counters.
Whenever you roll chaos you can either-
•Look up the rules of banding.
•Put a banding counter on all creatures you
control.
