Bandits you control get Menace.
Whenever one or more Bandits you control deal
combat damage to a player, that player mills a
card for each 1 damage dealt to them. Search
your library for an artifact with mana cost
equal too or less than the amount of mana
that player milled. Shuffle your library then
put that artifact on top.
