Whenever a player would cast a permanent spell, that player may chose to cast it without paying its mana cost. If that player does, that permanent gains echo {x}, where X is twice its converted mana cost.
Whenever an opponent fails to pay an upkeep or an echo cost, you may draw two cards.
The instant the banker gives, he already knows he has taken back ten times over.
