Banner of Battle's Call

When planted in the ground as a bonus action,
this banner emits and aura of inspiration. Allies
within 30 feet gain advantage on will saving
throws and enemies suffer disadvantage on the
same. Once per day, the banner can be used to
cast "Fear" (DC15) without expending a spell slot.

This red, tattered banner has been the standard
in many battles through history. Although it
look old and tattered, it never seems to be dirty,
and its colors do not fade.
