Eminence - Whenever a chime dies, if Bard is in
the command zone or on the battlefield draw a
card.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control from exile, target opponent gets a
0/1 chime
{u}{w}: Exile target non-land permanent you
control, then return that card to the battlefield under your control
