Barian, the Flowing Storm

Whenever you or a permanent you control
becomes the target of a spell or ability, put a
charge counter on Barian.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase,
remove all charge counters from Barian, then
choose one: Target creature gets +X/+X until
end of turn; or add X mana of any one color. X
is equal to the number of charge counters
removed this way.
