Barleth, the end of all

When Barleth enters the battlefield each player
may sacrifice any number of permanents, Barleth
gets a sleeping counter for each sacrificed
permanent. Barleth can't attack or block while
have sleeping counters. At the beggining of your
upkeep remove a sleeping counter from Barleth,
when the last is removed destroy all other
permanents
