When Barney, King of Hounds enters the battlefield, draw 2 cards. If you draw creatures, reveal them then cast them for half their converted mana cost, always rounding up. If you draw dog, wolf, werewolf, hound, or any other canine creature card, place it on the battlefield without paying it's mana cost.
