Whenever a source would deal damage to Barrier
of Retribution, Barrier of Retribution deals that
much damage to that source's controller.
When Barrier of Retribution dies, exile target
instant or sorcery spell from your graveyard. At
the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast
that spell from exile without paying its mana cost.
