The use of this item card may only occur after a
Random Event has been revealed and a group or
player has been selected. At that point, the
Cardholder may choose 1 word to change (or to
edit a digit by one number greater or less than)
within the event. This card must be surrendered
to the Gamemaster immediately after one use.
