Base Panel enters the battlefield with X entry counters. Base Panel cannot have more than ten entry counters.
{t}: Remove an entry counter from Base Panel then put an Angel, Demon, Human or Prinny creature onto the battlefield from your hand or your library onto the battlefield
{ut}: Return two target permanents you control to your hand then put an entry counter on base panel
