At the beginning of your upkeep, put a Hangar counter on Base Race. At three counters, search your library for an artifact card, put it in your hand, then shuffle. At six counters, put a vehicle card from your graveyard or your library onto the battlefield. At 10 Counters, all vehicles gain +2/+2 and double strike.
